Book your place at the HSN Social Housing Statistics Seminar, 27 April 2012, 1.00 to 5.30 at the Soho Theatre, Dean Street, London W1D 3NE.

The seminar is free to current HSN subscribers and students; otherwise there is a registration fee of £50. If you are not already a subscriber you may pay the annual subscription of £75 now which will cover entry to both this and the  next seminar, plus additional services. Institutions paying the corporate annual subscription of £500 have unlimited places at seminars.

Whether payment is necessary or not you must book a place using the form below if you would like to attend. If payment is necessary you can submit the form now to reserve your place and organise payment later if that is more convenient. You will receive provisional confirmation that your place has been reserved by email and separate confirmation when payment is received.

There are three options for payment:- cheque payable to MSJ Consultancy posted to 94, Main Street, Ebberston, Scarborough, YO13 9NJ. Bank transfer using this invoice, or, online through Paypal using the online payment button at the bottom of this form.

When the details have been filled out, and all the asterisks have turned green, the Submit button should become active. Click this and a box should pop-up asking you to confirm your details. Click OK and a confirmation of receipt should appear below the button. You can also check both your own and other bookings on the Registrants List  which is continuously updated. 

When you make a payment you will receive a separate email from MSJ Consultancy or from Paypal confirming receipt.
